Listen and Talk: 2018 Annual Report

For the 2018 Annual Report, Listen and Talk wanted it to fit onto a two-sided 5.5”x8.5” page and to provide information about their organization and its impact over the calendar year. They wanted to visually represent data in an engaging manner and include representative photographs of kids in their programs.

The annual report design for 2018 was based off the annual report design for 2017, using the many of the same icons on the back.

Because the statistics on the front are not easy to represent visually, and would not appear uplifting, we decided to show the numbers using circles rather than the content using illustrations.

This year I changed the main font from Listen and Talk’s official font, Calibri, to a font they often use, and I prefer, called Brandon Grotesque. I also added an extremely bold display font.

I narrowed the color scheme to tints and shades of black, white and red.
